In the future we want to arrange internet applying and limit rising number of competitors because of the safety and regularity of the race. So we had to do some substantial changes in propositions. We know that it will be more complicated for you now, but we believe, it will bring simplicity in your applying in next years.

Attention! You have got a chance for changing the track during the race on 98th km and 140th km, where the tracks are divided. But there will be a time limit for passing the refreshment stations.

Registration: Klatovy, elementary school, Tolstého street, pod Hůrkou

On Friday 10^th September 2004 from 13⁰⁰ to 22³⁰and for the applied in advance on Saturday 11^th September 2004 from 5⁰⁰ till start(6³⁰), too. But you risk you will be late at start!

Attention! Prepare a deposit - one bank-note 500 CZK - for lending a chip! It will be given back when returning your chip in the finish.

There will be two start lines. First 100 competitors from last year short track and 100 from long track finish order(regardless of cathegory) will start in first line. They must take an entry card at registration.

Time for all competitors is kept from starting shot and is important for finish order. But we will keep and publish your real time.

Attention! Chip scanning and start registration of competitors finishes 20 minutes after the starting time, i.e. at 6⁵⁰.

Application forms:

Print and fill in the application form and send it till 1^st September 2004 at the latest being stamped by post on 1^st September 2004 at the latest!
Collective application forms are not possible.

After this term you can apply for the race only on Friday before the race(10^th September) with an extended fee 700 CZK(without souvenir).
!!! We won't receive any application forms at Saturday presentation !!!

Starting fee: 550 CZK (including souvenir – a T-shirt this time)

must be paid on the day you send an application form being stamped by post on 1^st September 2004 at the latest!

Cancelling start is possible only in written form till 8^th September 2004. Cancelling fee is 100 CZK.

The list of applied competitors will be continuously published on the Internet.

If you assume you have sent your application form in time and you are not in the list, please contact the organizer. But please take a post delivery time into account.

a) pay the money in cash in a branch of “Komerční banka“ in the Czech Republic(real time payment – you will know if applying is possible and will not risk a returned payment).

In both cases state your birthdate(yymmdd) as a Variable symbol.

It is necessary to write your birthdate as a variable symbol because payment identification is fully electronical. Specific symbol 11 is for MTB marathon, 22 for ROAD.

You cannot pay with one payment order for more than one person.

The original of the receipt should be taken on the registration for the case of a control or a complaint.

Prizes: First three racers in each cathegory will be awarded with cups, other prizes - including bikes from Author - will be drawn by lots.

Refreshment: There will be 5 refreshment stations on the longer track(50^th, 97^th, 150^th, 192^nd, 221^st km) and 3 refreshment stations on the other two(50^th, 97^th, 123^rd km).
Goulash and beer will be served at the finish.

Conditions: The crush helmet is obligatory!
The race takes place in full traffic at your own risk. We recommend a health inspection and individual insurance. The organizer is not responsible and won’t pay for any injuries, thefts and losses during the race or in connection with the race.

In case you are younger than 18, you need your parents written agreement.

Cars on the track till 98^th km in Rejštejn are prohibited!

We would like to inform you about the danger of bike thefts during the registration. The organizer advises you to use the bike storage in duration of the registration and after the race that will be open till 9⁰⁰ on Sunday.

The organizer won’t allow anybody to use the personal data and will protect them in accordance with pertinent law.

There is a speed limit of 20 kmph for all tracks. The time limit to be signed in the list of results is 19³⁰ at finish.

Complaints and objections must be claimed immediately after the race, 14 days after the result announcement on the internet at the latest. The results won’t be changed after this term by the organizer.
